So I have been away for a few days visiting my son in North Dakota.
We had an enjoyable time and took a trip to Montana and on down for our first time to Yellowstone. We were able to see Old Faithful and get up close but not so personal with a few bison. Big lumbering blokes those!
I also had a chat with Lincoln and with Reagan.
Anyway, I also came across Terry Green from Washington state and his 1969 Mach 1. We were coming east out of Yellowstone just west of Cody, Wyoming and he was coming west. He had pulled up at Shoshone Buffalo Bill Reservoir and was just taking off as we pulled up to talk. He kindly stopped and spent a few minutes with us and allowed me to take a few pictures.
He and his car have a great story and he was at 421,000 miles when I spoke to him! His story is told in a Mustang Monthly article: http://www.mustangandfords.com/featured-...storation/
He "doesn't do computers" but I invited him to check us out.
Too bad I was not in my own Mach 1. Someday I plan to do that.
