Hello everyone! What's not to like about a MACH 1? Mine is a 351C, FMX, Grabber Orange (custom color for a Mach 1 orderable through Ford), 2.75 rear end (soon to be 3.25). Geez this thing is fun to drive. People love to see this on the street because it makes them smile...young or old. That is beautiful.
Spent a fair penny on making this rascal solid. When I bought a year ago it had been rebuilt and sat in a garage for 7 years. The cam, manifold and carb were mismatched and it ran like a confused pony. Had a cam machined to factory specs, replaced the carb and intake and that fixed a bunch of issues. All brake lines were replaced, new brakes added all around. A million other things were fixed. I'll never stop tinkering with it, and its running very well.

By "custom orderable" do you mean the fleet paint option? Grabber Orange certainly was not an RPO color for '73. If your data tag reflects this ( probably left blank in color code box) then that may add some collector value to your car.
It looks great in that color!
