My friend actually took this one. Its the first day back from my trip to Sacramento California to buy this car, when I returned home to Phoenix Arizona I went to my Mustang Club meeting and my friend Hank took this for me.

Glad there weren't cell phones with cameras back when I was in High School 100 years ago, um 32 years ago actually, geez where does the time go. Cry

These are the fist pics we took of Junior. H ehad been sitting under a pine tree for 9 years in a cold and wet town called Trentham, outside Melbourne in Australia (hence the conversion).

The main damage is not visible! Juinor had been rear-ended badly, and had a poor repair. The chassis rail were crushed and puled semi-straight. The car crabbed, the drivers side was 1 1/2 inches shorter than the passengers side.

The interior had rusted out, requiring 3 floor pans, boot, panel work, etc.

And the motor ... still ran! We have done major work to this motor, and have removed it for a later car. We replaced this 351 Cleveland with a 383 stroked motor. As we are racing the car in Tarmac Rally's, we needed the torque of the stroker and more HP. So the old motor will go into a rolling chassis and be loved one more.
