Reading light above glove box/below clock
#1
My 70 Mach 1 did not come with the light installed above the glove box from the factory. I removed the panel were the clock is and the wiring harness has a plug for that light assembly. I've been calling all over and even checking salvage yards with no luck. Can somebody point me in the right direction.....Kelly

I think Ford called this a map light. These is one on EBay. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1969-1970-Mustan...3b&vxp=mtr
Good luck.
This one is from Ohio Mustangs. http://www.ebay.com/itm/69-70-MUSTANG-MA...39&vxp=mtr
I just purchased a map light for my Mach 1. I realize these are not NOS, but I didn't care. It looks like a very nice reproduction. It was $69.99. I've seen OEM and NOS go for three times that much.
