My New Truck

Okay - the one I really would consider buying!

Make it with the V-8 gas, standard transmission and standard transfer case in the Lariat brown leather, of King Ranch package and sign me up!

I saw a different rendering of the possible Bronco a while back but it looked very Jeepish. This ones not terrible looking but I think it needs some sort of 4 doors. Otherwise they are limiting there market.

That second rendering is very retro to the first small Broncos - which I like.

What I would not like is the the IFS instead of the hard core solid axle up front. Kind of like the newer FJ's.

I have accepted that I am out of step with what most people want but one can always dream or build their own!

That second photo almost looks like a retro "Scout".SCo_hmmthink

The expedition seems to capture the 4 door market fine.
Im not sure that Ford can garner enough interest in a two door model and maintain a low enough cost to still turn enough of a profit to make it justifiable for production. That second drawing seems to make it a vehicle that would have to compete directly with the Rubicon. Thats a tough competition as the jeep has beat down all the competition in my opinion with its great steep approach and departure angles on the inclines.
It looks cool though.
