Eric they are 15" and was told when I bought it 8 1/2" wide. I tried to measure on the car and I probably haven't done it right but I think it might be 1/4" negative offset but don't take my word on that. Sorry I can't really help.

Edit: I was talking to my Uncle on the weekend and he says they would be 8" not 8 1/2" so I am confused now Undecided
