Hi everybody well finally got my Mach back on the road after full panel and paint and engine rebuild. I know what you guys are like so I will get in first, yes it is a factory (matching number) 351c with 4 speed ect but Ive changed it a bit. New wheels and tires, ram air , spoilers and different colour paint. Anyway it running a mild 351 4 speed Hooker headers and 2 1/2 inch pipes 275x15 Rear and 245x15 up front. Body has not been modified and I have kept all the factory equipment just in case. Away way I must thank this club for some of the information supplied to put the car back together as I didn't take photo's.

Yea that was luck as there are two silver colors with the same number but different years so I'm really happy that the spray painter got the right one.. Tell you these 351c engines have some go in them with a little bit of work done on them decent inlet manifold carb and headers and cam surprised me i must say. Don't know what its like over there but we have hoon laws here and they confiscate your car and 1000 bucks to get it back so foot of the throttle I guess. Best investment was my sat nav which give me the speed in kilometers so don't have to worry about the conversion from mph. Don't ask how much I have spent on this car because I think even I would cringe and as for the wife well need to know basis. Now with this car nearly done I have a 72 challenger that needs some work done. Might start an M and M club, Mustangs and Mopars Ha Ha. No comparison to drive I must say the Mustang wins hands down.

Yeah we got the anti-hoon laws over here as well. Just have to be careful
Do the 275's look like they will scrub? I have 295's on mine and they do occasionally, not as much since I had the springs re-sprung. I will probably go to 275's next time I need new tyres but they look awesome with the huge tyres. Bet you love parking it out in the driveway for everybody to drool over.
I use my sat nav all the time for the speed because my speedo isn't accurate. All I know is if I drive to the speedo reading I am doing less than the speed limit so that's not bad I suppose.
You are a lucky man I just love the Challengers but gee they are expensive. Ever seen the movie "Running On Empty"? I don't think there would be a car nut in OZ who hasn't. Throw some pics of the Challenger up for us.

Pete: Excellent job, Sir! Beautiful car.
Steve O: What offset are you running on your back rims, and what size, if you don't mind? I'm planning 295s as well on 15x10s (I have a brand-new 5-spring pack out back). Your car Rawks as well!
