Welcome from West Texas!
You should check with Don at Ohio Mustang Supply. He has some donor cars on-hand for hard-to-find parts, as well as is very hooked up in the biz, and would know where to find things if he doesn't actually have them on-hand.
Good luck - looks like it's going to be an awesome car!

Thanks for the advice. Hopefully I can get these parts and get it running by spring. I have had this car for far too long and I wanna be able to drive it and enjoy it.

Are you looking for the seat brackets that secure the rear seat or the brackets that secure the fiberglass panels, or both?

Mister 4x4 thanks for the advice for ohio mustang supply. I called today after hours so i am going to call tomorrow or monday.
Mustangmike, I am looking for both of those brackets. I am having a hard time finding both of them. I am glad for this site because I got a good lead on where to go and I am very thankful. Thank you all.

Well, I tried ohio mustang supply and Don said he does mostly 71-73 and referred me to Perogies enterprise new jersey and they didn't have the parts I need. It's looks like I am going to have to find a machine shop make the parts I need.

Id do mechanical then paint and body and then interior. In that order.
You don't want a mechanic scratching the new paint first, and you don't want a dirty painter sitting in new interior.
ABSOLUTELY due yours in this order! I promise you will not be disappointed you did. I just finished my car , well mostly, doing all the work myself. I watched a buddy of mine who farmed his car out and they did the paint and body work first, well after doing the mechanicals there was several scratches, dings ect to the paint work. It is just unavoidable no matter how careful you are. Think about it this way you the car to run & drive to make it easy to move around while working on it so why not get that right first, then move on to body & paint and taking the interior apart because you will probably want to replace door seals, window felt ect and if painting you get a way more thorough and much better quality job if you paint with all that removed. Just my opinion.
