It's mostly the rails but some of the towers are gone to ( bottom lip where they meet the rails)

I ended up welding a patch in the top of my frame rail behind the shock tower. It must be a catch basin for water. I also replaced the shock tower on that side as well because someone had flattened it to accommodate a bigger motor. Here are a few pictures for ideas:
