Ancient Gravesite Found
#1
A few weeks ago I traveled back to southern Ohio for our son's wedding. While there I also worked on my other son's 71 Maverick and 71 F-250. I came across this "closed" salvage yard that dates back to a grade school contact with my mom and her family which opened the yard to me.

It was an enjoyable yet tearful day as I strolled through the acres of what could have been salvaged years ago. I was able to get a heater assembly for my son's F-250 and a Grabber spoiler for my son's Maverick.

I was on the hunt for anything Mach 1 that I could use but to no avail.

Enjoy!

Should have snagged the vinyl roof trim moldings off of the 71/73 Grande. Usually someone looking for those.

That's true. Next time back I'll have to see what else I can snag.

Would love to see and hear Willie Nelson take a singing stroll through this gravesite busting out with, "On the Road Again, I just can't wait to get on the road again...."

Wonder how many of these dead cars would be revived by the sound of his voice? Reminds me of the "Lazarus Project". When dead Lazarus heard "Come Forth" he did just that! He was back on the road again! Takes just the right voice, I guess.
