2010 Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder racing a 2011 Ford : Mustang Shelby GT500 on the light of Biscayne blvd (US1) and 186 st (in Aventura ). Shelby tail whips a bit gets control again and takes off but Lambo slows down and then speeds up.

Didn't look to bad at first it's very obvious that the Shelby was having traction problems. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the Gallardo AWD?
I mean it would still have the advantage with the engine sitting in front of the rear axle as it does. Seems to me a little ballast added to the trunk of the Shelby might be worth the extra weight to get more traction? I'd start adding 25lb sand bags and strap them as far rearward as possible until I was able to control the traction, and not just fry the tires off at will. Might make this little confontation with the Gallardo a lot closer.
Oh well the Shelby sounded better anyway!

With the Lambo costing $225795
Id still take the Shelby at $54495 and put another 25k into it and smoke the Lambo for less than half the price and have the dude in the Lambo crying!

That busy road is probably not the best place to do that! But the way I see it, no matter what your driving there is always something else out there a little faster that has been tweaked. I would go with the GT 500 too!
