hi folks,

i'm back again with new picture from my boss. i'd say i've got around a week to go now before the 351B is finally painted. a lot of prep-work was done to have the body perfectly straight.
-) 2 coats of epoxy filler
-) all seams were then sealed
-) 2 coats of fine filler (one dark and one light colored coat) were then put on
-) the car was out in the sun for around 3 days
-) the edges were are sanded down so all that's missing now is the body....can't wait to see the final product.

as usual the pictures :-)

It looks like you're doing a great job. One of these days I'll be doing the same thing to my Boss 351. Your pics give me inspiration!

Abudi,

The paint looks good - as well it should! We are looking forward to seeing it all together as well.

How long do you figure to put it all back together? Keep us updated.

Thanks.

hi folks,

i was at the paint shop today and shot a few pictures after the door and fender alignment. all in all things are pretty much on track. i should be getting the car back on sunday and once it's in my garage i'll probably be there day and night.

Very Nice job on the restoration. I have two 351's, both original unrestored cars - fast as all get out. You'll have fun once it is back on the road.
