I agree with you all that these cars just look better with the window louvers. Where do you plan to purchase your louvers and what type do you plan to buy?

I saw some nice looking aluminum ones from summit. Other companies probably offer them too but i will probably go with the best price for the aluminum ones cause i think the plastic ones look cheap.

I have read of some concerns of scratching. The rear window is still one of the hard pieces to find a replacement on our 71-73 cars.

Yeah i have heard that too but unfortunately my back window is pretty scratched up to begin with so im not too concerned about that. The louvers will hopefully hide some of those scratches for me!

I always use warm water and a microfiber towel. Water is your worst enemy vehicles. Related matters, if it's not in bad weather like rain or snow driving. Mine will never be in the water, unless of course the claybar, but even so, water is controlled.
