seatbelts
#1
I own a 73 Mach I and I am looking for a seatbelt part. One rear seat is missing the release button. The other belts all match but I cannot find the same style in any catalog. It looks like 2 black olive branches on a white background. Is this original? Any help would be appreciated.

That design does not sound familiar. Here are a couple of pics from my 73 Mustang Convertible. I believe the seat belt design is the same as the Mach's. Not sure if you can see them well in the pics, but I would call it more of a starburst design. I'm sure someone will post up on it too.

Here is a link for a seatbeat supplier. I've never dealt with them but the picture on the far right of the webpage looks like the pattern in my 73 Convertible seat belts.

If memory serves me right I believe Mercury had a design that resembled branches. Maybe the belts are from a Cougar??? Just a thought SCo_hmmthink JTS 71 Mach1

That would be correct for your car
I think we have some, get the code off of the retractor side belt so I can find you a match
