Sorry, I thought I had posted the pictures of the weatherstrip positioned with a dry install with duct tape, but here goes:
After working closely with Jason at CJ Pony parts who in turn gave the pictures and info to Daniel Carpenter, they sent me a new set of weatherstrips, but they were also too long. I made some measurements of the original weatherstrip, the first set I bought and the second set they sent me and provided to Jason. Because of this Daniel Carpenter is going to modify their next production run of weather strip to shorten them by 1 inch. I ended up cutting the weatherstrip at the bottom center of the door and took out about a 1 inch section and sealed back in place. Not noticeable unless your looking for it.
Anyway Kudos to CJ's and Daniel Carpenter for working closely with me on this issue.
