Its another trap from the lame ass spammers, they want you to respond to there support questions so they know they have a current good email address. I've been running websites for nearly 15 years, so thankfully I'm learning the tricks of these lames. There philosophy since they cant beat the United States then they figure annoying them is just as good. Probably why most of them have no shoes, live in huts, and don't have decent food to eat, and are probably being bombed right now by an American fighter jet!
