The measurement from the inner wheel house to center of the bottom edge of the bump stop bracket is 2 15/16. Using outside trim to outside trim, the top of the rear window, just below the curve, is 45 3/4. The bottom rear window measurement is 45 5/8. More to follow.

From the top of the wheel house joint to the horizontal quarter seam is 10 1/4 L&R. Kind of difficult to measure as there is transition curve at the top. These are what I measured on this car. The collision history of this car prior to me buying it is unknown. I hope you can get some more input before you start with the plasma cutter.
