Although not yet officially a recall, Nissan is working with the NHTSA to initiate a recall of 2010 model year Titans, Pathfinders, Armadas, Xterras and Infiniti QX56s. These trucks may have a faulty weld on the suspension control link, which could lead to a crack in the bushing collar and noticeable degradation in ride quality. No accidents have been reported to date, and Nissan is erring on the side of caution to begin the recall as soon as possible.
Owners will be contacted directly by Nissan once the recall begins, but those with questions can reach Nissan customer service at (800) 647-7261.
