** Mach1 hood treatments The 1970 Mach1 hood features a wide, paint stripe down the center of the hood, either low-gloss black or white depending upon the body color. A thinner tape stripe surrounds the large stripe. The engine size is inserted into the stripe on each side of the hood scoop.

** Aluminum rocker panel molding Unique to the 1970 Mach1: The charcoal moldings are finned and feature die-cast “MACH1 " lettering on the front fender.
