That's a tough one. If you cannot get it from a Ford dealer you'll probably have to start searching wrecking yards. That's an odd small piece to need replacing. 2004 Mustangs are kind of in that age period where Ford stops producing replacement parts and the aftermarket has not yet reproduced a lot of parts.
Is it something that can be patched back together with epoxy? I've repaired a lot of plastic trim parts with JB Weld. If it's die cast pot metal, search the internet I have seen methods of welding that material.
If it's possible, post a photo of the broken part, you might get some suggestions of how to repair it. A lot of us with old cars have to get creative when repairing parts.
