Here's another rare but not a muscle car from the man that created the video of the 1965 Fairlane 500. This one is a 1942 Pontiac Torpedo. I wouldn't spend my money on it. But it's a pretty cool car.

Believe it or not, I actually like this car more than that 65 Fairlane. Man, all the detail and chrome they put into this car is incredible. What is even more amazing is for a rare car the selling price is $16k. I always said once the generation that grew up with these cars ages the demand will go down and the prices will fall. Another 5-10 years that car will be going for less than $10k. The same thing is going to happen with the muscle cars of the 60's and 70's. The market will drop because there are not enough millennials wanting these old cars. We will end up selling (or not selling) our cars for pennies on the dollars. Sad but true

When I see his videos of cars from the 40's and 50's I'm amazed with the detail and all the curved shapes that went into them. And formed from steel with the tools available back then! Very impressive what the designers, fabricators, and technicians could do back then. Not like today's plastic snap together cars with sharp corners everywhere. I have to confess, when I'm stressed working trying to sort through design or analysis issues, I take a break, watch a couple of his videos, and calm right down.

Here is a 65 Comet B/fx car. This car has super cool written all over it! One of my favorite cars. I think you will be surprised by this car's engine.

Enjoy the video. I am running out to my in-laws for Thanksgiving dinner.
