Ram air set up

Hi everyone,
just trying to get some help today. I'm putting in an after market ram air set up and I was wondering if any one can help me. Does the vacuum hose get connected to the venture vac or the manifold vac. Thank you Jim.

Manifold vaccuum, not "ported" vaccum. At idle, with full vacuum, the flappers will be pulled closed. They will stay closed under most driving. As RPM increases, manifold vacuum drops. At freeway speeds they will be slightly open.
At WOT ( wide open throttle) msnifold vacuum is almost non-existant, letting the flappers open all the way up...just when you need it most!
