Welcome all new members! - Mach 1 Club - 08-19-2009

Since I recently purchased a 1972 Mach 1 (August 09) I wanted to create a place where other Mach 1 owners had a place to call there own from around the world! I searched the net trying to find a place that was pretty much exclusive to the Mach 1 and found that there isn't any. I did find the Mach 1 Registry but that only compiled info on the 2003-2004 Mach 1.

What we hope to accomplish with this site is to have all available information and tech info for the Mach 1. There are a lot of Mustang websites on the internet but this is the place to gather all the Mach 1 information in one place!

Since I'm obviously partial now to my 72 Mach 1 I will do my best to keep that section updated with information during my restoration process. I'm not really restoring to much at this time because the car runs well and only has 93,000 original miles, and other than it needing paint and some interior work I'm reluctant to do to much to it, it is only original once. Mine is 100% original. Although the paint is in serious need of attention.

Anyway I wanted to introduce myself, my name is Joe Tokoph (pronounced Toke Off) and I live in Phoenix Arizona. If I can do anything to help you please do not hesitate to PM me.

I hope you would tell your other Mach 1 owners/friends about our website. Without your help we cant grow. If you have any ideas you would like to see added to the site please let me know.
I will be looking to do a lot to the site as time goes by. Frankly I just wanted to see if there was any interest in this type of website before going overboard.

Thanks for taking the time to read this and welcome to the club, Mach1Club.com!

Well Bill hope you keep coming around, I know you have knowledge to share!!

I'm really hoping more Mach 1 guys and gals come around here. Its sad no other sites have been dedicated to Mach 1's like they seem to have for all the other Mustangs. I mean I saw a really active website dedicated to SILVER MUSTANGS! Huh

I would just like to say well done for setting up the Mach 1 website and giving us Mach 1 and Boss owners somewhere to go. I acknowledge your efforts and will post links to this site when ever possible.
Once again Thanks.

HI all. Thanks for leting me join in. I bought my first mustang in Sept of 73, off the show room floor with 17 miles. It was one of 4 left on the west coast when the mustang II came out. I've always wanted a 69 Mach 1, and now that kids are gone, and have some extra time(not according to my wife), I'm fulfilling my childhood dreams. Complete botom up restoration. Nothing untouched. All rebuilt or NOS parts.
