Hi All,

I am working on a new project and looking for 66 Ford Fairlane parts. I am searching for a clutch pedal or the whole support assembly for a 4 speed set up if anyone has one. The car I have is pretty much all there so I do not need much at all.

If anyone has any 66 Fairlane parts hanging around and interested in selling please let me know what you have.

I also have 65/66 Mustang Fastback interior pieces if anyone is interested.

Thank you!
Looking forward to the new build!

Sorry, although I have a 67 Fairlane Ranchero project going (stalled) for my daughter, I do not have any extras.

In your search if you come across any 67 Ranchero tail lights - give me a shout.
Yeah those 67 Ranchero Tail lights were unique and only 1 year so they could be quite scarce. I'll look around a salvage yard or 2 around me that still have some of the old stuff. JTS 71 Mach1

Absolutely, if I find any tail lights for a 67 Ranchero I will let you know Steven! I am glad the car I picked up is pretty much complete with most of the original parts because looking for parts for a Fairlane is like looking for hens teeth!
Thanks for the help - yep rare as hens teeth which are why mine are missing I reckon.
Here she is...my new project....

Sorry, guys but I have not had luck finding a Mach 1. The $$'s are too much for me so a 66 Fairlane it is. Plus all original Ford panels to boot!
Dang that looks to be in very good shape. I hope it's as rust free as it looks. Very nice car. Way to go Mike. JTS 71 Mach1

The only rust there is are some pinholes on the passenger side floor pan and a small rust hole underneath the battery tray which are very easy fixes. Other than that the car is rust free.

The underneath of the car is almost brand new and there is very little undercoating on the floor pans so it will be real easy prepping and painting. Quite frankly, I have not seen a 50 year old car with such a clean undercarriage.
The drive train is out! I am swapping the existing (non number matching) motor with a friend who wants a bone stock motor with a newly rebuilt motor out of his 68 Mustang.

I have already purchased a 9 inch rear, the front brake disc brake conversion kit, and posi unit for it for Fairlane. I also decided to replace the LH front floor pan because of pinholes.

I am taking the top loader out of my Mustang and installing rebuilt T-10 in it and putting the top loader in the Fairlane with the correct tail housing.

I have already repaired the broken springs in the front bench seat which I am keeping.

Moving along...I expecting this one to done by mid summer!

Still looking for a 4 speed shifter and 289 Z bar for a 66 Fairlane if anyone has these parts. I will barter 65/66 fastback parts or pay cash if you have these parts.

Thank you!
My, My, My, you have been one very busy little boy! That car is amazing as even the motor is pretty clean. I thought My Jag XJS was pretty clean, but your Fairlane puts mine to shame. Sounds like a good swap. Any idea how hopped up, or radical it is?
